We are a primary care practice located in the heart of West Little Rock in the Saddle Creek Center. We specialize in Internal Medicine attending to ages 17 and up. We operate on a membership model where you get unlimited appointments, easy and immediate onboarding, longer, unrushed appointments, discounted labs, and more – for a small monthly fee.
We provide excellent chronic care management (Asthma, COPD, Diabetes, Hypertension, Cholesterol, etc) on top of routine health maintenance and disease prevention.

Dr. Lillian West
The heart of our practice is Dr. Lillian West – a board-certified Internal Medicine Physician with over 10 years of experience. Native of Little Rock, she graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Microbiology. She attended Ross University School of Medicine and graduated with High Honors. Her vast experience includes years of practice in the outpatient setting, and her intention is to provide many years of exceptional primary care to patients in the Greater Little Rock and surrounding areas.
