Dr. Lillian West is the owner and one of the physicians of Bear Fruit DPC, PLLC. Dr. West received her medical degree from the Ross University School of Medicine and conducted her Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. She is board certified in Internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine by the American Board of Obesity Medicine.

Dr. West maintains licenses to practice medicine in Arkansas and Oklahoma, and serves patients ages seventeen (17) and older. Dr. West does not and cannot serve patients located outside of Arkansas and Oklahoma, or under the age of seventeen (17) through Bear Fruit Direct Primary Care.
